Day 1

Transfer Salvador-Lencois. After the check-in in pousada Casa da Geleia te Lencois we visit “ the tablemountain “ Morro do Pai Inacio, and see an beautiful sunset…

Day 2

After breakfast we make different hikes along the waterfalls of Lencois, Cachoeiras de Lencois, Serrano, Cachoeira da Primavera, Cachoeirinha and Salao de Area. When we return in the city of Lencois you can visit the highlights of the city, historical sites, handycraftstores and museas. Overnight in the pousada.

Day 3

Today we take the car and make a roadtrip of 75K km to the Gruta da Pratinha, a beautifull cave with christelclear water, possibility to have a swim. We also have a stop to visit the Gruta Zeze and the Gruta Lapa Doce. Return to Lencois terug. Overnight in the pousada.

Day 4

After breakfast we drive to the River of Rio Mucugezinho ( about 20 km ) and the waterfall of Cachoeira do Diaba. A spectacular deadride is possible, or….just make a jump from the cliffs !!! In the afternoon we make a short hike to Ribeiro do Meio. Hundreds of small waterfalls, with “ natural swimmingpools “. Overnight in the pousada.

Day 5

The last day we spend at the Cachoeira da Fumaca . After a scenic hike of about 2 hours we arrive on top of the 400 meter waterfall. A strange fact, the water never reaches the ground, so it makes a hugh cloud… Overnight in the pousada.

Day 6

After breakfast transfer back to Salvador.

Remarks

This is a trip full of adventure, for which a good basic condition is required. We advise you to bring solid shoes en mosquito spray. We also recommend you to have you vaccinated against yellow fever and to use malaria tablets.
