Tour Plan

– Pick-up at the airport, check-in HOTEL REGENTE. – 15.00 H in the afternoon boattrip on the Amazone-river.
05:30 AM Transfer to the port site, departure to the Island of Marajó at 06:30 AM (3 hours), transfer portsite-Camará river, transfer Camará River – Fazenda do Carmo by canoo with an outboard motor (1hour) Fazenda do Carmo – Before lunch a boat ride – Lunch will be served around 01:00 PM – After lunch Buffalo and horse ride – Around 08:00 PM dinner will be served – before dinner a boat ride at night focusing for snakes, alligators, etc. – Around 11:00 PM lights go out. GOOD NIGHT!!
– 05:30 AM wake up call to go bird watching, before breakfast milking the buffalo cows – 08:00 AM breakfast and visit to an archeological site – 12:30 lunch – 13:00 back to Belem by boat.
– After breakfast, citytour of Belem. Visiting the Cathedral, the fortress, the old city and local market on the docks. – Transfer to the airport.

Note

This is a fairly adventurous trip, and one must have a good basic level of fitness. Furthermore, we recommend that you bring sturdy shoes and mosquito spray. It is also strongly recommended that you get vaccinated against yellow fever and take malaria tablets
